Commitment to Quality
All AttuneUp students will be treated equally regardless of their financial situation. The quality of services is not dependent on a student's ability to pay full tuition.
Whatever-You-Can-Afford Policy
AttuneUp operates on a whatever-you-can-afford policy and offers a limited number of scholarships to make courses affordable for families. Priority is given to families with the greatest financial need. Documentation will be required to prove financial need. AttuneUp reserves the right to limit the number of scholarships.
Students who receive a financial aid scholarship must submit all assignments on time. No exceptions are allowed except for unforeseen emergencies. If this requirement is not met, scholarship status will be revoked and full tuition will be charged for that phase. Students will have the opportunity to reapply for scholarship status for the next phase, but eligibility is not guaranteed.
Clergy and Military Scholarships
AttuneUp offers automatic scholarships to families of clergy and active military members. If you are eligible for this discount, please include a note in your application, and you will be contacted with the appropriate scholarship forms and discount codes.
Tuition
Tuition is due at the time of registration. A student's spot in the class is not reserved until tuition is received.
PayPal
All payment is handled through PayPal. You will not need to create your own PayPal account and will be able to pay for courses using a credit or debit card. If you would prefer to send cash or checks, please send an email to [email protected].
Limitations
AttuneUp’s whatever-you-can-afford services and scholarships are only available to students who have completed the application process and have been accepted into either an online class or an editing agreement. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
Withdraw Policy
If you withdraw from a course, you will be issued a prorated refund, minus $25/phase administration fee.
Example 1: If you register for a five-week course and withdraw within the first week, you will be refunded 80% of the tuition (4 of 5 weeks), minus $25
for administration.
Example 2: If you register for a ten-week course and withdraw within the first week, you will be refunded 90% of the tuition (9 of 10 weeks), minus $50 for
administration ($25 x 2 phases = $50).
If you are unsure if AttuneUp will work for you, register for one phase at a time (though you run the risk of losing your spot). For any questions regarding this policy, please send an email to [email protected].
Confidentiality
For tax purposes, AttuneUp keeps financial records; however, clients' personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.
Tax Note
AttuneUp is not a 501(c) organization.
Policy Updates
We reserve to update this policy as necessary. Please visit our website (www.attuneup.com) for the most current version of our Tuition Policy.
